Well, I have officially applied to business school, which means it's about time I see this beautiful country that I call home. So I've put together quite the bucket list of Nica travel destinations and I have to said I've made quite the dent in the past 2 weekends....
First trip of 2011:
Laguna de Apoyo. According to my google search, the laguna was created 23,000 years ago after a volcanic erruption, which formed this 6-km-in-diameter crater. The laguna is extremely deep and you can even go diving in it. All along the waterfront are little resorts; we went to "La abuela." Thankfully Emily convinced her boyfriend to drive us out there to spend a peaceful Sunday afternoon. Thanks Ali!
